Bill: Discrimination Act

Details

Submitted by[?]: Republican Party

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: November 2374

Description[?]:

There should be no form of Postive Discrimination. How can there be a postive form of discriminating anyways. This is why I think the government should change this policy, so there is no discrimination at all. Becuase any discrimination, postive or negative, is wrong.

MessageWe disagree. Those historically marginalized should be given the chance, through affirmative action, to correct some of the inherent inequalities in opportunity endemic to any system.

MessageDiscrimination is wrong. Affirmatice Action was to help the minorities get jobs and into college. But later it turned into reverse disrimination. So the AA is a hypicritcial law.

MessageWe gotta agree with the Republicans here. This is just reverse discrimination and does nothing to eliminate racial tensions in Telamon. It also isn't that benefecial for minorities anyways.

Random fact: In cases where players have failed to clearly and accurately reference their nation's RP laws in the "Bills under debate" section, Moderation will rule them invalid if a challenge is made to their validity.
