MessageActually between the presidential system now and the one you are proposing and which was before adopting the presidential one, we do prefer yours.
But their is a problem, who will be the Emperor. So we should find a concensus about that. But meanwhile, we cannot just sit and and stay in the presidential system. The solution will be to adopt TEMPORARLY the semi presidential system, and to prepare for a concensus about the Emperor, and so to adopt the parliamentary system.

MessageWe believe it would be best to back a single candidate at the next election and declare them Emperor.

MessageThe LTP proposal would work, a semi-presidential system would not as we are an Imperial monarchy and will not vote away our heritage! Personally I'd remove the full stop from the end of the Emperor's title though.

MessageWe've removed the proposal to separate the roles at the present time, to fit in with this aim.

MessageMeaning this will result in the Viceroy, a politician, being crowned as Emperor?!

MessageThere are all details. The thing we should do is to start trying to have a concensus about the Emperor. All parties should agree about the Emperor, because he will be above all criticism and should constitute the ideal to all citizens, so this is why we should take our time and choose him very very wisely.
And again meanwhile we should try to find a solution with our current and very defectuous presidential system, and its last symptoms (which are logic by the way) were the impossibility to pass a gov proposal even it detains the majority of council.

Message@ABCD: Good point. Hmm. Perhaps once we all agree on the Imperial titles, then that part of the bill can be removed as well, in order to facilitate the aforementioned aim...
