Bill: Military Reconstruction 2

Details

Submitted by[?]: Okono Party

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: May 2375

Description[?]:

The Okono Party apologizes for constantly creating new military bills but it seems like once one is up for vote there is another need to increase the previous one. Therefore we propose additions that will hopefully be passed and approved by the Conclave.

With our increasing military budget, the Okono Party proposes that 500 hydrogen bombs and 100 SAM missiles be made immediately when this bill passes. Also we propose the deployment of 500,000 armed forces units bringing the total armed forces count to well over 750,000. Finally, we'd like to ask for a recruitment campaign to bring hopefully one million citizens into the armed forces.

It is crucial that everyone supports this bill for the protection of our nation!

MessageWe support naturally, we are in a tough spot where many nations claim that we are their national territory. We need to stand united, with a strong army.

Random fact: In order for a Cabinet bill to pass, more than half of the legislature must vote for it and all of the parties included in the proposed Cabinet must support it. If your nation has a Head of State who is also the Head of Government, then the party controlling this character must also vote for the bill, since the Head of Government is also a member of the Cabinet. If any of these requirements are not met, the bill will not pass.
