Message | And the Monarchy will be overthrown and the Republic established just as it was in the Old Days! And what of the tyranny by majority that forms from giving larger regions more representation? In this form, one or two regions cannot dominate the Directory and force their fews on everyone else. 1 region, 1 vote. The majority will still rule, but 1 or 2 regions cannot take control. |

Message | "The monarchy will not be overthrown, as the current Directory alliance does not master the necessary two-thirds majority. This will fail. The national government should represent the individual citizen, not the regions." -Baroness Winthrop, Directory Member. |

Message | "It is telling that for all the cries that a restoration of the Republic is the 'will of the people,' the Republicans cannot master a majority, much less the required two-thirds, on this bill." -the Duke of Lawlborough, Party Chairman |
