This bill would reaffirm our nation's commitment to the separation of Church and State. Gov't has no place with religion, just as religion has no place in gov't. [Reasoning for Articles] Art. I; By holding a public official, any and all officials conform to separation of Church and State and are not allowed to wear and religious artifacts. Art. II; Are religious institutions corporations or houses of their respective God? Art. III; For the protection of this nation and its citizens, inconvenience is superfluous. Art. IV; Reiteration of the seperation of Church and State principle. |
