Whereas military matters are the utmost importance to the people of the Democratic Republic of Aloria: Article 1: Under national law, all troops currently stationed outside the nation will be redeployed back to their respective military bases within this country only; Article 2: Under national law, this redeployment will take place in no less than six (6) months from the date of the passage of this bill; Article 3: Under national law, all military personnel being reployed and the nations were they are redeploying out of will be reasonably and appropriately compensated for said actions; Article 4: Under national law, all future troop deployments during peace or wartime will take place ONLY with the voting consent of 2/3rds elected representatives in the nation's Legislative Branch; Article 5: As such, and again under national law, a military draft is forever prohibited. No individual shall be drafted/forced to serve in the nation's armed forces during peace OR wartime. No individual shall be penalized or otherwise imprisoned for refusing to join the armed forces OR be drafted into military service at any time; Article 6: Under national law, the government shall not be responsible and is formally prohibited from offering foreign/international aid under all circumstances; Article 7: Upon passage this bill will take effect immediately. |
