| The Secretary of State for Foreign and Colonial Affairs wishes to expand the Holy Crusade in Agathion. Our plan is make use of our two Expeditionary Fleets, no longer needed for the Axis-Dorvik/Selucian War: one to transport a CIDL Task Force to Beiteynu and the other the defend the Gulf of Luthori. Our aim is for one of the following outcomes: (I) A Holy Imperial Colony of Luthori (II) A Christian Kingdom allied to the Holy Empire (III) A puppet regime run under an Axis mandate |
