Message | Thou the RPA bring in some interesting ideas we miss some points. There is NO segregation in our public educational institutions and therefore no discrimination. By law privet institutions are allowed, regulated but allowed. While our public education level is good minorities and business related schools wants to set up their own , additional schools to meet their needs. Let us take a closer look in our society here. Religious minorities of all kind in our beloved and outstanding Empire may have different opinions how to educate their members in few fields. Also business branches seem to need special schools to teach and educate their new workers, employers and so on. We really can't see any discrimination here as our educational system is open enough to switch and change from A to B to A to C and so on. There are limits a person can understand and learn, limits to keep all in mind. Therefore it is far better to gurantee a high standard of knowledge for the pupils in our Empire but we also have to understand there has to be a further and specialist education in some fields be it in the micro and nano technology or simple in the religious needs parts of our beloved citizens have. The main focus is to work for people and the Empire and not to work for every and single lobby which might occur in Selucia. There are no borders and limits for men or women to get a job they wish to have as long as they meet the education needs. It is not a matter whether privet schools segregate between girls and boys as long as both have the same chance on the market. Sincerely Marcus Smith Speaker of the IPS |

Message | Honourable Marcus Smith, Speaker of the IPS, There is NO segregation in our public educational institutions! The RPA rejoices of such fact. But will you be kind enough to explain to the People's Army and its associates a couple of things: 1. If the one of the primary concerns of the state is to "gurantee a high standard of knowledge for the pupils in our Empire", don't you acknowledge that need for the minorities of such professionals and/or religious factions? Why shouldn't be the state to provide answer for such necessities? 2. "The main focus is to work for people and the Empire and not to work for every and single lobby which might occur in Selucia." - Doesn't the state recongizes the need for nano-technology workers or any other especific branch of economy? So why create private facilities for such necessity? Let's say, for the matter that we do not have the need to promote such "professional minorities". This state, for the time beeing, accepts the creation of private educational facilities. So, if we do not educate our great people based on our needs, we provide education solely by their will to become a professional in an area we have no need of professionals, in a private institution. And the IPS accepts segregation in such institutions! Citizens of our great country are beeing denied equal opportunities! You are closing doors on them since you accept segregation in a sector of education that exists solely on private sector, denying equal rights for all our citizens! 3. "There are no borders and limits for men or women to get a job they wish to have as long as they meet the education needs." How can they meet such needs, if they are beeing denied education at all?!?! Not only you endure the false idea that private education promotes professional and loyal competition, but you allow such facilities the power to choose between first and second class citizens who enroll their schools! So, The Revolutionary People's Army would like to know how do you even begin to consider that such students would be given "the same chance on the market."... The Revolutionary People's Army |

Message | Ladies and Gentlemen of the RPA, allow me to begin with our curent law: Public educational institutions cannot be segregated, private institutions can choose to apply a policy of segregation. Here it is point out clearly segregation is not allowed in our public educational institutions. The main cohort of our pupils and students is using this public institutions. But how shall we teach and educate those economic needs you only will need after you left the school, college, university? Why should we regulate the privet affairs of the different companies and privet schools? Are they not part of the plurality in our beloved Empire? The matter goes deeper then just to be discussed in a education bill. The basics can be and are teached in our public system. But the are the ground for wider and more specific informations which can't be part of any public system. Not all companies are doing the same and not all need the same educational level. The focus should be on a high average standard for our beloved citizens. We are sure these standards are already enabled as we have a well bolstered economic growth yearly. But there are working fields only few people wants to work in like our before mentioned nano-technology. Why shall we teach this to all if there is only a need for some ? And why shall we make all equal if the benefits are in plurality ? Aerodynamics doesn't need food techs or ship building techs. And that's what we say. To offer a high standard level but soon we will see there wil be a seperation in the needs each field of our economy has. Let the privet schools handle their matters alone as long as the meet certain standards in the education. We have to take and shall do so of the public needs. |

Message | The RPA abandones the discussion of our educational system. We proposed a bill before, unfortunately we didn't gave it time to debate. But we realise now that such proposal will allways be steryl, as our points of view in such matters differ so much. That, however, doesn't imply that we will stop the fight for what we belive to be fundamental elements of civil rights! "Why should we regulate the privet affairs of the different companies and privet schools? Are they not part of the plurality in our beloved Empire?" Why should we allow such companies and schools choose beetween their aplyiants based on sex, race, religion or others cultural differences? If two citizens aply for such establishments why should one be choosen based on his sex? The RPA condemnes the existence of private educational facilities, but here we are just asking that the state that forces them to meet high quality standarts for the benefit of our great people, also forces them to respect the civil rights of those same citizens! We appeal to sense of justice of this cabinet: -We do not ask to change our educational system, we ask that all be given equal opportunities without regarding to anyform of discrimination, both on public as on private establishments. Message | We agree this issue is not easy to solve. But nether the less we are willing to work on a compromise. Therefore we suggest te following in the hope the RPA and other parties will support this. a) we change the law into the proposed one b) in the year 2395 we will take another view how it was working and what happened in our Empire. If the RPA can support this proposal and gurantee another overview about this serious topic we are willing to support this bill in the vote. ========= ooc: gives us some nice inner RP around 2395. I hope you will participate. |

Message | Once again, the RPA must take a public stand on our government political tolerance, that should be viwed as a vote of confidence on our leaders way to exchange ideas, ideals and political stands with other factions of this Great Country! The RPA rejoices that for the second time our bills were heavily debated and a compromise was achieved. As a consequence we publicly garantee to overlook actively the changes to occur in our nations educational facilities. The Revolutionary People's Army is from this moment looking forward to working with the cabinet on this matter in any way possible, for the benefit of our great country, and we are open to discuss with the emperor our vision of the future of this ministry. Once again, the RPA incites other partys to join the discussion of this matters, as we announce that this bill will be taken to the urns in one RL day. The political debate is on! Long live the Selucian Empire!! The Revolutionaty People's Army |
