MessageIT has been the long standing belief of the Protectorates that forced service for Malivia is no service. Our citizens should be free to live their life. By forcing service we breed resentment.

Furthermore biological and chemical weapons are unneeded. We currently keep a force geared toward defense and patrolling our borders. In addition we reserve the right and freely proclaim we will exercise the right to use nuclear attacks on any aggressor should the need arise. This policy has lead to Malivia's peaceful existence for the past 300 yrs.
