Message | Not a surprise. Why would we want 16 and 17 year olds voting? I mean, they learn civics in school around that age anyways: why make it relevant to them? Furthermore, why up the competition on those of us making laws? We might have to compete for youth votes! We'd all actually have to work! Heaven forbid!! |

Message | This does not mention anything about voting age, does it? Where is that law? This is about responsibilty for decisions, we feel 16year old's are not yet ready to take, on money, on their future, that we feel is still the place of parents to decide. If you proposed a law that makes the age for voting 16, we might consider to support it. |
