In order to advance the state of science in this nation - to the benefit of all its citizens, we need to get rid of burdensome regulations on the use of animal test subjects. By doing so we can make this nation a haven for research. Puppies may indeed be cute, but think of how cute our wives will be with the kind of cosmetics we could develop. |
