Message | If the ALSP should suggest a new tax bracket setup we would remove or reduce the tax for anyone with less then 8 000 ACR and shift all the tax loss over on the people with more then 8 000 ACR. There have also been a debate in the party regarding whether 100% or more taxation of people with more then 50 000 ACR is acceptable. Regarding article 1 our answer is no. |

Message | Well, it's sort of impossible to tax anyone with over 50,000 crowns in income because there is no one with 50,000 crowns of income. In fact, the richest person in Aldegar has an income of 20,000. If you don't believe me, play with the figures yourself. Most of our people are very poor. Just looking at this tax bracket will tell you that. After all, look at how a taxation of 2% on those who have an income between 101 and 500 yields 545 million crowns. If you were to assume for arithmetic purposes that everyone there has an income of 300, that is a taxation of 6 crowns per person. 545,000,000 divided by 6 equals approximately 91,000,000. 91,000,000 people of Aldegar's 120,000,000 people, 3/4 of all the people, have an income between 101 and 500. It shows that there needs to be some serious economic stimulation. Low taxes and the other programs that the PM, ALP, and TCP have suggested are necesary for economic reform. A relatively flat tax rate can also help persuade wealthy, successful people to move to Aldegar and start up businesses and other things to stimulate the economy. |

Message | As to sales tax, we added that for two reasons. The first was because of how the sales tax can harm our poor citizenry. With the sales tax being a regressive tax, we felt it would be a good idea replacing the revenue from it with a progressive tax. The second reason is because of how it can hurt industry. When the sales tax is high, it strongly effects the price of goods by adding an extra cost. Not to mention, that cost is applied to all the materials needed to make a product, further increasing the cost of the product. When costs of goods are increased, people buy less of them. When people buy less stuff, the economy suffers. |

Message | The TCP vehemently supports the nulification of sales tax. As for the PM's proposals in regards to income tax, the proposed figures are relatively fair and the TCP should be inclined to support this bill. The TCP would like to see a flat rate tax in future, but for now, these figures are a very good start. The TCP supports. |

Message | Wrong diagnose and wrong medicin. And you got us wrong if you think we want anyone with 50 000 crowns in income. The debat in our party has been regarding baning that kind of sallery altogether but as there little point in spending money on jailing them it's better to tax them with 100% tax. |

Message | May we ask why the salary should be banned? It's their money. As long as they pay their taxes with it, what business is it of the state to ban them from having it? Also, why would you want to make those people completely broke? Anyway, the idea is a little useless since the highest salary in Aldegar is 20,000 crowns. |

Message | You can't. You aren't the minister of finance. This is ridicoulus. |

Message | Apparently this isn't just a potential duty of the ministry of finance. After all, any other party can make the proposal. So, apparently, any party can make proposals for the budget. |
