Given that sometimes the lack of 'spare-organs' are available, and also given that there is an ever-increasing need for new, replacement organs - it is the proposal of the Capitalist Conservative Party that the Organ Donation system ought to be changed, so that Organs will be donated unless otherwise specified. |
