Voting deadline: March 2389

Description[?]:

It is imperative that all of our citizens have access to energy at a reasonable price, with the rising cost of energy due to the lack of competition in the energy market people on low incomes are losing access to energy. Without energy to heat their home mortality rates of the old and young are rising. Therefore we must regulate the prices that can be affordable to low income citizens while still generating a reasonable profit for energy companies.
