Messageno i do not think this a good alternative tax system as it loses the treasury money from taxpayers pockets by
10,000 m, i conclude that only with a increase in other areas of tax for example , the corpoation tax or value added tax would i be happy to agree on this motion

MessageWe believe this would be a good idea as, due to economic prudence, we are currently operating a 10bn HCR surplus. This reduction would merely reset that surplus to zero thusly providing no loss to current expenditure levels whilst also returning vast sums to our population.

Messagebut surely if we have 10 bn hcr to spend we should spend it on things that would be helpful to have,so have an expenditure bill rather than a income bill

MessageThe idea is to return this initial amount to the public in a fairly hefty tax cut, then see how much is left and reinvest that into government projects. Luckily, through the continued growth of the economy, we will still be running an, albeit smaller, surplus.

Random fact: Particracy does not allow official national flags of real-life nations or flags which are very prominent and recognisable (eg. the flags of the European Union, the United Nations, Nazi Germany, the Soviet Union or the Confederate States of America).

Random quote: Although I understand and respect the intentions behind the gesture, this is not something that is universally understood or appreciated, and it tends to give out a negative impression of our party. ~ Anton Weinreich, General Secretary of the Dorvish Communist Party, pleading with his members to stop burning the national flag
