Message | We do not see the current system as financially ruinous. However, we do see an oppurtunity for the private sector to manage the phone system, as long as they do this in a way which is fair. Perhaps, if this was still in the debate phase, an ammendment could be added for the government to subsidise a certain amount for all citizens. |
