MessageArticle 2 is not a green measure, allowing anachronistic fuels. Why bring those dirty fuels back? They haven't been used in our green commonwealth for decades.

Article 1 is a step in the right direction however.

Messagegreen fueled cars are unnessecarily expensive, making it difficult for the people do get personal transportation. But if we subsidize them, then the people who can truely not afford green fueled cars will not have to buy one.
