Message | Who decides what is moral? Why should the state have a moral outlook? It shouldn't. Hutori should be a neutral state, and not take any position on morality whatsoever. |

Message | A "neutral state" is a state that is indifferent to the people living in it. A "neutral state" doesn't lend moral inspiration to people by failing to set a right example, which will make people vulnerable for crime and social exclusion. A "neutral state" is a state in which the right of the strongest prevails, as if humans are animals in the strictest sense of the word. In 5th century BC Athens Socrates detested the idea of a "neutral state" because it gave way to the right of the strongest and because it sped up the decay of Athens (as citizens had forgotten how to behave well and became decadent). |

Message | Completely wrong. What you describe, is more of a nihilist state. A neutral state is one that cares equally about its citizens, and is blind to their personal preferences of morality, or the way in which they choose to pursue their life. And that is how it should be. It is the government that imposes morality upon its citizens that treats them as a herd of animals. |
