| Sometimes land needs to be purchased to lay railways, and some other vital stuff. Up to now those who fall into this are not compensated for the loss of domains at all. Victims of this may get into heavy protests and commit severe crimes. As a government we should be ethical sane towards our citizens and therefore we propose the introduction of a neutral body to mediate between the owner and government to negotiate a compensation both parties can feel happy with. Furthermore we prefer to let the local governments do the search of constructionland and do the negotiating. They know the local conditions best. |
