We must reform our system of defense, beginning from the conception of professional army and preventive defense. To diminish the number of NBC ìs armiess the first step. We cannot believe that the single possibility of being able to answer to an attack NBC of defends and us it renders surer. In truth we must be engaged because the State directly acts in the industries of the defense developing technology and professinality. |
