Message | To sue for a falsehood you first must prove its false and its malicous, whats wrong with that? |

Message | What is false? Who decides what false is? Why should we conform to that definition of falsity? Example: A fundamentalist Christian says gays are evil and should burn in hell. Can you prove that that's not true? Does that qualify as slander? The fundies say no, the gays say yes. Who wins? |

Message | exactly, that cant be proven, but it can be proven wither or not person A spent saturday night with a hooker, or weather person B is homosexual, or person C is a rapist. ITs not a bill on peoples interpretations of the allegations (ie the fundamentalists veiws on gays) but the actual allegations themselves. |
