MessageThe money would be better spent on conventional defense and anti-ballistic missile technology anyways. Building nuclear weapons promotes political interventionism.

MessageWe should retain the right to develop weapons of mass destruction. We don't have to build one but we should retain that right. If we pass a bill where we deny that right we could face a disaster on our hands.

MessageIt is necessary to have a defensive system as an army, not as a weapon of mass destruction.
On the other hand, it is important to let other countries know that we still can make them. I think such an act must be debated on a higher level. I would vote against this act.

MessageI suggest we place cardboard missles. It fulfill the conventional nuclear weapon's purpose by scaring everyone, but we don't have the added danger of total obliteration. The Centrist party approves, but calls for a revision in the near future.
