| The ISEP proposes that home schooling be permitted within the Selucian Empire. The following measures are compulsory: 1. Home Schooling must follow a national curriculum. 2. Students will sit national exams at regular intervals to ensure they are taught to a required standard. 3. The right of the parent to home school will be withdrawn if these measures are not followed. 4. The parent will be deemed to have failed their duty of parental care if the first two measures are not followed. |
