After considering the arguments in favor and against Mr. Kaszek, the majority of Justices have come to a decision on the case:

1. Mr. Kaszek shall resign from the position of Chancellor within three months of the passing of this ruling.

2. After the passing of this ruling, all Ministers and Chancellors who are elected to the position of President shall, within three months of their election, resign from their position of Minister or Chancellor.

3. Any Justice of the National Constitutional Court who is elected President shall, within three months of his election, resign from his judicial position and appoint a replacement to the Court.
