| In order to allow individual Religions to decide upon whether their Ministers receive payment or not, without intervention by Government, as per the Secular Government Act. However, as per said Act, the Government will not cover wages or expenses for said payments which must be covered by the Religious groups themselves. |

Old value:: Ministers of religion shall receive no remuneration whatsoever.
Current: The salaries and pensions of ministers of religions shall be regulated by the law, but shall be borne by the religious communities themselves.
Proposed: The state does not intervene in the remuneration of ministers of religion.
