Votes: This bill presents the formation of a cabinet. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. Traditionally, parties in the proposal vote yes, others (the opposition) vote no. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

| It's magnificent that in these troubled times of war the democratic process went on. New elections have yielded a comfortable result for the CDA. The CDA, however, realises that the war has caused a large number of problems, which can only be tackled by the nation as a whole. In order to do this, Hutori infighting amongst the different political parties must stop. Therefore the CDA proposes the formation of a cabinet of national unity in which all the parties are included. The CDA hopes that the different parties are satisfied with their part in the national government, but also hopes that the parties realise that this isn't a time to be picky. |
