| Responsible individuals must have a right to own a gun in order to go hunting, practice a hobby, protect themselves in distant rural areas where it takes some time for police to come in aid, or train themselves if they are former military personnel. Strict licence conditions will assure that guns won't get into the wrong hands and that they are used properly by decent people. Furthermore, not all people are content with party militias & their considerable non-governmental power: having a safeguard will strenghten individual's position towards these groups but also against dictatorial government if one will some day plague the nation in the future. |

We would prefer the current option where they are used for professional purposes. As for hobby shooting, we would sacrifice this if it would save the lives of some innocents. |
