This bill will allow private religious schools to be established in Malivia. These schools will have to maintain the same standards as public schools, and will be funded by private tuition money rather than taxes or money from the public school budget. Teachers in these schools will be allowed to lead class prayer, though prayer is still not allowed in public schools.
