Message | How many times do we have to vote against this measure to get it to stick. If my party didn't loathe using treaties to lock in a position then we'd propose just that for this issue. |

Message | Leave power to the private sector - competition is the intrinsic essence of success in absolutely any industry, without exception. A public power industry will mean more taxes, less competition which consequently means less success and a lesser quality of goods and services, and ultimately a weaker economy. These are the grounds for which Family First declines this bill. |

Random fact: "Treaty-locking", or ratifiying treaties that completely or nearly completely forbid any proposals to change laws, is not allowed. Amongst other possible sanctions, Moderation reserves the discretion to delete treaties and/or subject parties to a seat reset if this is necessary in order to reverse a treaty-lock situation. |
Random quote: Henceforth, the current system of first and second class stamps, where the rich can pay to have their mail delivered faster than the poor, shall be BANNED. There shall be only one class of mail delivery, and ALL mail shall travel at the SAME speed for EVERYBODY. There can be no class discrimination in the People's Post Office! There must be the SAME class of mail service FOR ALL! ~ Friedrich Pfeiffer General Secretary of the Dorvish Communist Party |
