Message | Shall we lay some ground rules so as not to allow an abuse of power? Proposed Amendment: The Head of Government appointed must be from the either the Head of States party if they are in the proposed coalition, or from the leading member of the coalition if the party of the Head of State is not a member of government. |

Message | The HoG was made as a position for a Coalition partner to have a deputy/vice role to the Consul. We believed at the DLK that Government has exercised their powers through a coalition quite a bit in the last 2 centuries, so we saw fit that it was democratic to create a post for the Coalition partner to take a lead role with the consul but just slightly underneath them. OOC: In the Austrlian Public Service the boss of an Agency/Department is the Secretary, underneath is a Deputy Secretary, however there has been cases where there is a person appointed the role of Associate Secretary where they have powers similar to a secretary, however they are lower then the Secretary but higher then the Deputy Secretary, i hope this example eplains what this was meant when the DLK proposed this bill OOC ended |

Message | We just want to see the Consul take a more active role in forming the government. As it stands now, a government can be forced upon our Head of State, especially in a decentralized executive. |

Message | Well, we support this /now/. But in the future this could backfire. |

Message | We are well aware the implications should the HoS come from a party that is inactive. |
