| We beleive that the war with Solentia cannot be forgotten, nor can we forgive those whom forced the war upon us. But we beleive this is the time to normalize relations with Solentia. They have undergone a dramatic change, and the totalitarian government is removed and now replaced with another one. Our antagonist is no more, and we should restore relations with Solentia in a new era of co-operation. The Current party in charge of Solentia is the ACCP, They where formed in 2990 to oppose the Nuncrists and Totalitarians, and they ousted them. They are mostly arab muslims, but fairly democratic. They are far better then the previous regime. Therefore we ask for us to resume diplomatic relations, and this should start by a state visit by our Head of State to the Solentian capital of Halliom. Where our head of state will meet their head of state, His Imperial Majesty, Conquering Lion of the Majatrans, Supreme Protector of the Muslims, Sultan of the Arabs, Commander of the Faithful, Field Marshal of the Armed Forces, Supreme Commander in Chief, the Liberator of Solentia, King of Kings of Solentia, and Elect of God Mobutu Pashtun.
