| The Bicentennial Manifesto is conceived in 2399 by party leader Lord Valzacadar in celebration for the new 25th century, as well as to celebrate the Federal Progressive Party's two hundred years in existence. The Manifesto details the party's platforms on various issues, from military to economics to religion. This bill summarises the party's platform on healthcare. In particular, the party wishes to ensure a more consistent healthcare policy for Valruzia, and also for health policies to reflect the traditions and customs of the local people. |
