| Minister of Foreign Affairs, BRIAN LIDDY, proposes the following motion: WHEREAS, the following communication was sent to the Minister of Foreign Affairs and posted in the Collective Security Council Forum in January, 2403: The Most Royal and Serene Kingdom of Hutori has been amongst the first nations to ratify this treaty. Sadly, now we seem to have become the first nation also to need this treaty. Currently, we are in a state of war with our two neighbour countries, Telamon and Davostan. Although this has been a cold war since about 10 years, now both those countries have established a sea-blockade, in order to ruin Hutori economically, and so Hutori has no other choice than to fight. Therefore, we call upon the members of this treaty, to help us fight those two states. - Erik Munin, Minister of Foreign Relations; WHEREAS, it is not in the best interests of the Grand Duchy of Keymon to involve ourselves in a war such as this; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the House of Delegates of the Grand Duchy of Keymon, that: 1) The Grand Duchy of Keymon declares that it will be neutral in the Hutori-Telamon-Davostan conflict; and 2) The Grand Duchy will oppose any mesasures in the Collective Security Council to involve the Council and the members thereof in this conflict. |
