1. Zuma is granted full independence and all Valruzian forces must be out of the nation within 48 hours.
2. An official apoligizy will be drafted and sent to the new authorities in Nuzria.
3. The Zuman Independence Party is dissolved in Valruzia but remains present in Zuma.
4. The Titoists and Zuman Independce Army operating in Valruzian areas will be given amnesty and will in return disarm. |

We do not think the Zuman Nationalists have a legitimate claim to this much land. Much of the historic "Zuma" that you are specifying has long been populated by Valruzians, and is/was Zuman only in name. If the boundary is changed to reflect this we might support it. We would also have to make arrangements for any Valruzian refugees wishing to leave Zuman territory in such a situation, as they may fear racial crimes against them.

The only Valonians who came further into Zuma was the aristocrats sent to manage us by the Emperor.
So we will not take actions against these people if they agree to leave the land within a week.
When we are free we will not have an army we are also planning to ban Zuma from having a standing army.
