| Message | A smaller government may be better, or spending in certain areas better serves the people of the country. But because we cannot support the current taxation proposal, we find it unwise to also support the budget proposal. If the budget proposal were to pass and taxation not pass, that would leave the government with a nearly 300 billion DUM surplus, which is not good policy. |
