Eminent Domain. Currently: The government may seize private property for vital government works. This is a current law. However, people living on the private property receive no compensation currently. This is unjust, and this is what this bill shall change. |

Message | Sounds reasonable but the appeal option should not be there. It seems that this bill in effect, is simply removing the governemnts right to seize private property altogether. I agree that compensation should be granted however the proprioter should not have the right of appeal. |
