Bill: Eminent Domain Compensation

Details

Submitted by[?]: Party of Kanjor

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: August 2094

Description[?]:

Eminent Domain. Currently: The government may seize private property for vital government works.

This is a current law. However, people living on the private property receive no compensation currently. This is unjust, and this is what this bill shall change.

MessageSounds reasonable but the appeal option should not be there. It seems that this bill in effect, is simply removing the governemnts right to seize private property altogether. I agree that compensation should be granted however the proprioter should not have the right of appeal.
