Description[?]:
The people of indrala are suffering. Across Indrala a struggle is being waged between the left and right political parties. Caught in this conflict in many cases are the defenseless people of the nation. These people call out for help. In answer to there call the RDS has already sent the Baltusian Revolutionary Peoples Millitia to protect the people of the island, and to aid progressive forces in the conflict against the repression of the governement. We would like to propose that the Baltusian state sends a non-millitary force to Indrala to protect the welfare of its people. Doctors and teachers, food and water. The people of Indrala need this hunanitarian and generous aid. WE also offer the BPRM as millitary protection of this humanitarian force should they get caught up in the conflict. |

Random fact: By default the head of government is the ultimate authority within a national government. In general terms, heads of government are expected to consult with cabinet colleagues (including those from other parties) before making significant decisions but they remain responsible for government action. |
