Message | The current law regarding libraries, while not the worst possible, either requires states to take money from their already-strained budgets to build libraries or, more likely, decide not to build libraries at all. Preventing the latter state of affairs from happening in the future would be a great boon to the cultural and educational state of our great nation. |
