Message | Much like other big bills of the past, there are elements we would support and elements we cannot support. Our analysts will look over the proposal in the coming months and will comment. We may even be willing to change our overall vote to yes, depending on the individual proposals. |

Message | We are most opposed to allowing the internet to go unchecked, as we worked to pass the bill that brought about the current wording of BRD internet law. We might also be tempted to change the TV and radio ownership proposals, because private for-profit ownership stations would probably provide our citizens with the best form of entertainment; while non-profit station can specialize in educational and informative programming. But, we will support the reforms as a whole and will perhaps look to change some of the individual parts in the near future. |
