| The Republican Party propose to adjust the government's spending budget to better address the economic and social situation of the Commonwealth of Telamon. The first change in the budget was the reduction of how much the head of government is paid. I for one think that government officals should not be paid, with that stated I understand that most of you would not vote yourself for no money, so I lowered what the HoS is paid to $400,000. Foreign Affairs was reduced to $500,000,000 because I believe that we spend to much on FA's. Internal Affairs wasreduced to $5,000,000,000 because I also believe that we waste to much money on pettie little things that we do not need to waste the people tax money on. Defence spending was reduced to $25,000,000,000 because the peace talks with Huotri have started and I believe we will come to an agreement. Socal Services and Health was reduced to $23,000,000,000 because I believe that my proposal of telephone services will pass. |

| Message | Don't reduce defence spending until we actually have peace. If you do that, you make the military option more attractive for Hutori, and peace LESS likely. Remember that Hutori has very high levels of military spending - we have to keep pace. Once we have peace - a lasting, guaranteed peace, then reduce defence spending. |

| Message | I regret that I cannot vote for a reduction in health and social services. Yea though I think your policy on foreign and internal affaires is ill-thought out, I would be willing to compromise on these matters. However, I cannot compromise our already ailing health service. |
