An Act to restore the institution of apartheid, which is the cornerstone of the Greater Hulstrian society and the only way to ensure the success of the future Imperial Crownlands. 1.1 - Only those nationals defined as “White” or “Coloured”, as defined in the Racial Segregation and Civil Liberties Act, shall be granted citizenship in the Imperial Crownlands of Greater Hulstria. 1.2 - Those nationals defined as “Gishotoi” shall not be given citizenship in the Imperial Crownlands of Greater Hulstria. 1.3 - All of the restrictions placed upon Gishotoi nationals under the Gishotoi Removal and Exclusion Act shall continue to apply under this Act. 2.1 - Only those classified as “White” or “Coloured” shall be allowed to take part in the armed forces of Greater Hulstria. 2.2 - These restrictions shall also apply to the civilian national service, from which all Gishotoi shall be excluded. 3.1 - The government shall hire employees with preferential treatment given to those of the White race. Those classified as Coloured shall receive next-in-line preferential treatment in hiring policies by the government. 3.2 - All government ministries and agencies shall be discouraged from hiring those of the Gishotoi race, and shall never accept an applicant who is of the Gishotoi race while applicants of the White and Coloured races are available. 4.1 - There will be separate public schools for each of the three races in Greater Hulstria. Students of different races will not be permitted to attend the same schools as those reserved for members of other races. 4.2 - It shall be the responsibility of the family to provide transportation to the special schools for each race. 4.3 - The schools reserved for 'Whites" and "Coloureds" shall be established and maintained under the "separate by equal" policy. They shall, as far as practical, be given full equality with each other. 4.4 - There will be no set standards in relation to those set for the "White" and "Coloured" schools for the education of Gishotoi schools. 4.5 - The teachers of the schools must be members of the races which the schools serve. 4.6 - All schools in Greater Hulstria must be segregated according to race on or before September 3, 2408. Those that are not segregated will be ordered to segregate and their maintenance will be taken over directly by the Ministry of Education and Culture until such a time they are found to have been satisfactorily segregated. 4.7 - There shall be separate offices within the Ministry of Education and Culture to administer the schools of different races. They shall be the Office of White Education, the Office of Coloured Education, and the Office of GIshotoi Education. |
