Message | Sorry, I was reading your description which suggests that the present law would allow child pornography, which is not the case, as you appear to acknowledge. However, your proposal allows children to access pornography which is surely still not acceptable |

Message | Child pornography is a form of pornography - ALL forms of pornography are legal under current law. Further, duly note how the wording of my proposed chance - pornography DEPICTING adults is legal for everyone. This implies (ooc: because particracy makes them separate options) that under current laws, pornography depicting people other than adults is legal under our present loose laws. |

Message | I think there is some confusion here (OOC: or I'm going mad). You will see under article 1 that there are 3 lines The first says OLD VALUE: which is the one you are talking about. but this is not the current law (I know it is confusing, I don't know why the game shows this value. this is what the law was before the last change. The current law is under the second line which says CURRENT: and is that Pornography depicting consenting adults is legal for adults Your proposal is under the third line PROPOSED: and is that adult pornography is legal for everyone (including children) to view. It is actually therefore a retrograde step. That there is no doubt that what i am saying is right can be seen here (http://80.237.164.51/particracy/main/viewbill.php?billid=117039), which was the law proposed by the Conservative Party and passed by Congress in May 2107 which changed the law to what is currently. I remember this because we were forced to vote no to it because of the other proposal it contained on homosexuality. So to be clear, this proposal is not necessary and is a retrograde step from what we have at present and we do not support child pornography or the ability of children to be legally able to view any form of pornography |

Message | OOC: I'm not trying to be a pain or to simply sabotage your legislation, but you genuinely do seem to have made a mistake. It is however confusing and I fully understand why you made it! |
