MessageWith your budget proposal, this would create a massive budget deficit. We must vote against this measure and encourage other parties to do the same.

MessageActually, this would create a small surplus, if passed together with our budget proposal. It is true that the income tax alone wouldn't cover government expenditure, but the remaining 4.2 billion RUT would come from the sales tax and the corporation tax.

Random fact: Cabinet ministers who disagree seriously with the head of government would usually be expected to resign. Parties within the cabinet may attempt to manoeuvre to replace the head of government though, for example by proposing a new cabinet bill or voting for an early election.
