An Act to register the people of Greater Hulstria in accordance with their racial background. 1.1 The Office of Racial Classifications, hereinafter referred to as "the Office" will be charged, in accordance with the Apartheid Restoration Act 2407, with the oversight of the classification of nationals. 1.2 All Greater Hulstrian nationals must register their race with the Office as either "White", "Coloured", or "Gishotoi". 1.3 Nationals registering as "White" must be able to provide evidence that each their grandparents were also of the White race, exceptions to this may be made by the Office on a case-by-case basis. 1.4 Nationals registering as "Coloured" must be able to prove that either their parents or grandparents were members of different races. 1.5 Nationals who are of the Welsh ethnic background will also be registered as Coloured unless they can provide evidence concluding that at least one of their parents were of the White racial background. |
