Bill: Smoking Act
Details
Submitted by[?]: Party Royale
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: March 2410
Description[?]:
Secondhand smoke is still as harmful as ever, and just because a majority in one city or town may want to smoke, it does not give them the right to infringe on the livelihoods of the minority who choose not to. Being exposed to smoke in one's place of employment against one's will is an unacceptable breach of that person's rights, and should not be allowed. |
