Message | No this simply means that we take into account the size of a family in addition to how much money the family makes. If you have a larger family, you also have higher expenses - even if you are, say, middle class than a single poor person. When the state fails to support such families, parents will be less able to provide for their children. On top of this, large families and high population growth are in the interest of Telamon. We must strive to outpace our enemies in terms of population, giving us a more productive economy, and greater importance on the world stage. |

Message | Then maybe the family should think about how much money they make, to how mant childern they can afford. |
