The Ministry of Finance proposes 4% tax on essential goods which means some 26,4 billion Dolgar tax income increase for the state per year according to ministry's preliminary calculations, giving 23,8 billion budget surplus. For next four years this budget surplus will be used to partially pay back the huge national debt and then it will be shifted for income tax cuts to stimulate domestic spending & investments to reinforce nation's economy. * Marcus Ostrander, Finance Minister. |
