We think both correct that the President of the Rupubblica, directly elected by the people both the solo to be able to introduce a proposal to the General meeting of the cabinet. For this reason we think both correct to unite the two positions of President and Directeur General. |

Old value:: The Head of State and Head of Government are two separate officials.
Current: The Head of State is hereditary and symbolic; the Head of Government chairs the cabinet.
Proposed: The Head of State is also Head of Government.
