MessageDo you really think that making sure people recycle is a cost-effective use of law enforcement resources? I mean, I'm all for a totalitarian state, mind you, but we need jackbooted thugs rooting out dissidents and not hassling Telamonians for putting coloured paper with the paper recycling.
