Message | The spirit behind this bill is good but I don't think it's practical not to have a death penalty. If you inrtoduced article two alone and changed it so the national flag couldn't be used for commerical purposes then I'd support this. |

Message | I did consider changing the law concerning the flag to not allowing it to be used for commercial purposes, and I'm still in two minds - hence throwing it out for debate. But I'm not sure that it sits comfortably with my party's ethos. |
